Description: My name is Ioannis Kazolis, but a lot of people know me as John Caz, especially my friends from down under! Here in Greece, some people still insist on using that name for two reasons: The first being that my business cards are in English and use that name and the second because I've been using that name for my website for over a decade. I first grabbed a camera in '88 and shortly afterwords found myself working as a news photographer for the Blacktown City Guardian in the western suburbs of Sydney, Australia. After a lot of front pages and other successes for both the Guardian and other papers, such as the Morning Herald, I decided to try my luck at freelancing. Then, in the summer of '97 I fare-welled Australia in search of a more peaceful lifestyle and so I've been residing in my beloved Greece ever since. In spite of the negative growth and economic difficulties that Greece is up against, I insist on working and living here. Over the years, I've been fortunate enough to have been published by various magazines and publications in many countries including Australia, USA, Germany and Greece. Some of those clients include the following: * Bicycling Magazine (USA) * World Trade Press (USA) * Sydney Morning Herald (Australia) * Blacktown City Guardian (Australia) * WeingArten (Germany) * Geoff Allen Electronics (Australia) * Camper & Travel (Greece) * Photo-Net (Greece) * Photo-Net Professionαl (Greece) * Computer for all (Greece) * Digital Camera (Greece) I now work alone taking on a large range of assignments (and now will be focusing more on weddings) and at the same time I write articles for various photography and computer magazines here in Greece. In my spare time I promote the hobby of photography mainly as an excuse to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and to come into contact with nature.
