Description: Our studios are located in the heart of Miami's Wynwood Art District, a hub of emerging artists, art galleries, production studios and world-class private collections. With an exterior Contemporary style and an interior New York Loft design, 20FT ceilings and flexible spaces, Trendy Studio is ideal for any type of production. Studio 1 was designed by photographers and tailored to satisfy the flexibility and comfort a cyclorama photo shoot demands. We also offer a LOFT that can be used as a photo studio, an art gallery or an event venue. The building has private parking, security gate, full office set-up (phone/fax/WIFI/Copier), cameras and alarm. Also, both Studios have a Russound Centralized system for Sound and Video (iPod, DVD, Tape, etc.). Also, the flexibility of the studios' design allows us to modify their layout to accommodate your production needs and budget. For example, the second floor can be eliminated, the entrance lounge and kitchen can be blocked, etc. One of the differentiating factors of our Studios is that we have a wardrobe house with over 1,000 pieces in inventory and we can costume make any ideas that Art Directors have during pre-produciton or while the shoot is going on.
